Next we considered exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. We need to sleep every night. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
