If you feel like something is wrong with your body, then it probably is. Talk to your doctor about your condition. If there is nothing abnormal, then it might just be stress from your job.

Some people think they are lucky because their jobs enable them to regularly go to the gym or have good friends who encourage them to stay fit. But those people are actually lucky. Those people don’t have any problems. They got everything under control. I wish everyone could become like them. Unfortunately, most people don't know the best ways to balance their personal and professional lives. Many people have bad habits that lead to illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes.

Here are some ways to improve your daily life.

  1. Get 7 hours of sleep minimum and 8 hours maximum each night. This means sleeping properly and not consuming caffeine in the hour before bed.
